Eliminate Credit Card Debt
It's real and thousands of people just like you have taken back their lives and eliminate credit card debt totally. The process is legal and ethical, does not draw on US Treasury but on the bond illegally and immorally established to use the wealth of each American born and consigned as collateral on the national debt. What these credit card debt holders didn't realize is that when banks approved their credit card and established their credit limit -- the banks used the applicant's name and signature to create the money to fund the card. The person is actually the guarantor for that money. So, in essence, it was the applicant's own money! You created the money with your signature. After receiving your deposit (application/note), the bank notifies the Federal Reserve that new money has been created from your signature. This qualifies the bank to receive up to a ten-fold return on the amount granted you. So, if the bank created $10,000 in new money from your promissory note, the Federal Reserve gives the bank up to $100,000. The basis to eliminate credit card debt lies in the fact that the bank never actually loaned you anything. They don't tell you this, but in their bookeeping, 2 entries are made. It's called double entry bookeeping which is the basic accounting system used for many years. There is an entry in the positive or asset side, and a matching entry in the negative or liability side. Suppose you "borrow" $25,000 for a room addition to your house. The asset side they enter $25,000 of new money into their Asset Account, and on the liability side, they put YOU, the creditor to whom they owe back that money. Therefore there is a balanced entry. They never had the money to loan to begin with. You created it. Usury Law states that no interest can be charged for a loan that never existed. The credit card companies never gave you a loan. Did your credit card company ever send you money for the amount of your credit card limit along with your credit card when you first got it? Contract Law states that when you sign an agreement or contract, you must be given full disclosure of what is about to happen, yet the credit card company or bank never told you how they were going to fund your credit card, did they? Since the bank or credit card company never told you any of this, the contract is null and void because you were mislead. Full disclosure is one of the requirements in a Contract. You assumed that they were loaning you the money when in fact that is not true. It was in essence you, yourself, who gave yourself that loan. The bank only acts as a vehicle to make that happen for you. So there really is no credit card debt to eliminate, but you must go through the process.
